Shipping & Delivery

Domestic

Delivery fees for all orders are calculated by weight and will be applied at the checkout.

Your homewares order shipped domestically is fully insured, and you are not liable if your package goes missing.

​

Estimated delivery time is based on when your item is shipped, not when your order is placed. All items are shipped 1-2 days from order confirmation date. 

​

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Shipping. Please allow an extra few days for delivery as all items are shipped out of Darwin and while Darwin is classed as a metro area delivery times can take slightly longer. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. Palau Home does not take responsibility for delayed shipments to remote areas or regions where the postal services are performed on certain schedules.

TRACKED SHIPPING

Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are traceable during transit. Palau Home does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, Palau Home reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.

If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you don’t know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier’s website, please log into your Palau Home account or contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you.

 

Palau Home will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Deliveries can be made to postal box, home or business addresses. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.

International

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

As the receiver of international items, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are charged upon arrival in your destination country. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; as we have no control over these charges. As the purchaser, you are responsible for making sure the items can be lawfully imported to your destination country.

Palau Home does not take any responsibility for the additional charges or refund any taxes and duties that may be incurred for your parcel.
