  • Can I cancel or change my purchase once it is confirmed?

  • What happens if I place an order and the item is sold out?
    Rarely our inventory system may not have updated. If this does occur, we will notify you at to when it will be available to post or alternatively refund your money.
  • The item I want to purchase is out of stock. How long will it take to get more stock?
    Stock times vary, its best to discuss your requirements contact us at Palau Home Info, as we will be able to tell you when the product will be available to post.
  • Can I pick-up my online orders?
    Our website does not offer this option. If you would like to place an order & physically collect in Darwin NT, please contact us at Palau Home Info or 08 8983 3588 / 0429 833 580 and we will arrange this.
  • What courier or postage method is used?
    We primarily use Australia Post Express Post services to ship most of our items. A tracking number will be sent to you, when your order is posted.
  • Can I have an order delivered to a PO Box address?
    Yes, by using Australia Post Express Post, we do ship items to Australian PO Box addresses.
  • Do you deliver items internationally?
    Yes, this can be arranged, please contact Palau Home Info or +61429 833 580 to discuss your courier options available.
  • Can I include a personalised gift card with my order?
    Gift cards are included free of charge. Contact us at Palau Home Info to arrange a personal card.
  • How are the shells found?
    Sustainable freshwater & seawater shells are responsibly sourced, mainly in the Northern Territory, to meet our creative design specs. These CITES approved shells are hand-cut with a diamond bandsaw and carefully laid to create striking items.
  • What happens to all the shells that aren’t used?
    We are environmentally conscious; any shell offcuts from the homeware production process are collected & used in our distinctive sustainable shell jewellery designs. Zero waste is what we aim for & our company follows a strict reduce, recycle & reuse policy.
  • Why are my items not an exact match to what I bought online?
    You can expect the slightest variations in shell design and colour. Elements of nature both inspire and influence the design & production process, ensuring that every piece is slightly different.
  • Can I put my homeware items in the dishwasher?
    It is not advised to place our items in the dishwasher, as being coated with premium quality resins, provides a highly durable item with a high shine finish. Over time, the dishwashing will break down the coating, causing it to dull. It is advised to wipe and handwash our products.
  • Will I receive email notification of special offers?
    When you buy a product from us, we may use your email address provided to periodically send updates to you inform you about specials or new products available.
